Good morning. This is Frank Van Landingham. You’ve not heard from me in a while because it wasn’t in anybody’s best interest for me to telegraph what we’re going to do. I’ve been working behind the scenes a little bit, trying to help strategize and come up with tactics that we can use.
I’m sure most of you know better than I do that strategy with no tactics is the slow route to victory. Very slow. We might not live long enough. Tactics with no strategy, Sun Tzu, tells us that’s the noise before defeat. So we’re not going to do a bunch of lame saber-rattling, nor are we going to sit around and plan endlessly and do nothing. We’re getting close to the point where it’s time to get off our chairs and move forward.
Bankruptcy’s done. Now we come after the good doctor as the man, not as the corporation.
I just spoke with a new friend of mine — super good guy — who reminded me that this thing needs to be dealt with like a business matter, not like a personal vendetta — although I do have personal feelings here — as a business matter. There’s a bill that’s not paid. A lot of people have been done wrong that need to be made right. Had we’ve gone forward like this earlier this would have simply been sucked into the vortex of bankruptcy and discharged and that would be the end of it. We’ve waited. Now we’re going to move forward.
