Front Sight court case update (May 11, 2022)

The trial is over! Dr. Piazza will pay zero ($0.00) DOLLARS!

The jury in the San Diego California case came back yesterday and decided against Dziubla and for Dr. Piazza. No damage, therefore, no need for the punitive phase of a trial needed.

The jury decided that way because Dr. Piazza’s e-mails weren’t a true threat because they contained in a few places language that Dziubla must be punished to the full extent of the law.

So now, we will wait on the Nevada foreclosure case to proceed.

Again, we will weigh our options as to the timing of filing a class-action lawsuit.

Remember: In court — anything can happen — and does!
