Front Sight lawsuit updates (March 30, 2022)

Nevada Case: The foreclosure status on Front Sight’s property by the lender is still pending. The bond requirement for Front Sight to stay the foreclosure action is less than $9.4 million at this point. The time to post the bond is between 30 and 120 days from the ruling. The lender wants 30 days and Dr. Piazza wants 120 days to post the bond.

California Case: Filed in San Diego doxing lawsuit trial date set for the first week in May 2022. This, you will recall, is Robert Dziubla et. al. vs. Dr. Piazza (Front Sight) et al.
