Front Sight lawsuit (March 2, 2022)

Nevada court case (foreclosure action): The judge determined that Dr. Piazza has to post a little over $11+ million bond. The date hasn’t been set yet as to when he has to post it. The overall case will probably take several months to foreclose upon Front Sight. Insiders are betting that he won’t post the bond.

California court case (doxing lawsuit): The case is proceeding and Dr. Piazza won’t be taking the stand. Instead he will use his depositions in the case as his testimony. The jury trial should take about three weeks before any further information might be available.
