It is no secret that I have always planned to transition Front Sight Firearms Training Institute over to a member-owned facility to reward you for your participation. My plan was to gently and generously do so after the resort was completed and running operationally and financially like a well-oiled machine. This was my ultimate gift to our loyal and supportive members. Had the unscrupulous people now attempting to fraudulently foreclose on Front Sight delivered on their promised funding instead of lying to us and stealing from us, Front Sight Resort would have been completed back in 2016.

Instead, the enemies attempting to destroy Front Sight have wasted 8 years of Front Sight's development. The first four years were wasted by their utter failure to deliver the promised funding to complete the resort. The next four years were wasted in litigation to defend against their fraudulent foreclosure action. We have proven we were lied to over 30 times to induce us into their fraudulent deal. We have proven they continued to lie once we were in the deal. We have proven they lied to the Court as well. We have proven they stole over $100,000 dollars of the money we paid them to secure the funding. We have proven they also misappropriated hundreds of thousands of dollars in marketing funds we provided them to market the funding program. By their own admissions they have destroyed crucial financial evidence of where the marketing money was diverted. We have proven they breached the contract with us the day it was signed.

On the other hand, we have proven we have never lied. We have proven we spent every penny we received from them appropriately per the contract, and in fact spent significantly more money on the project than they provided. We have proven we were never in default, yet they fraudulently foreclosed on us in 2018 after they left us no choice but to file a lawsuit against them for fraud in the inducement, theft and breach of contract. With all the proof we have placed in front of the Court in this case, it baffles me and my legal team that we have not won this case several times over and are still facing a fraudulent foreclosure action. It is baffling. That is all I am allowed to say. You can draw your own conclusions.

From the time Front Sight filed our lawsuit in 2018 until now, I have been completely transparent with you, provided regular updates, and repeatedly stated from the beginning, that every member's participation was needed to defeat our enemies.

As you well know, I've made countless attempts over the years to impart the gravity of this situation to every Front Sight member. I made endless phone calls and sent hundreds of emails clearly explaining what we were up against. I encouraged EVERY member to participate so we could crush our enemies. Only then could I transition Front Sight into a member-owned facility. That was the plan, but it required the participation of the ENTIRE membership. For whatever reason, we didn't have enough of the members participate in this effort. Maybe they didn't understand the seriousness of the situation. Maybe they simply weren't paying attention. At this point, the cause doesn't really matter. What does matter...WHAT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT...is what we do next.

So WHY did I send the Restructure email?

FOUR REASONS...

1. For the reasons explained above, I needed to direct EVERY member's attention to the seriousness of the situation.

2. I needed to identify our most LOYAL members. Thousands of them announced their loyalty to Front Sight loud and clear by immediately participating in the restructuring plan. For their loyalty and understanding, their past purchases were essentially double-refunded into F$ Bucks and FS Coins. These members want Front Sight to succeed for generations to come. They fully understand what it will take to defeat our enemies, which will allow me to then complete my plan to transition to a member-owned Front Sight Firearms Training Institute,that rewards you for your level of participation.

3. I needed to identify those members who, for whatever reason, were not currently supporting the needed changes to defeat our enemies and ensure Front Sight's future success, but hopefully with a better understanding of WHY will now join with their fellow members in doing so.

4. I needed to identify the ENEMIES within our own ranks. I needed to identify members who if given an opportunity to destroy Front Sight for their own nefarious reasons would in fact try to do so. I realize it's hard to believe, but not every Front Sight member is like you and me. A relatively small number of members have been actively working to destroy Front Sight. Along with attempting to create discontent, ill will, and disruption, some of these members were sending confidential information to our enemies to use against us. In fact, one Front Sight Knight surreptitiously recorded my confidential litigation update I provided to the Knights during the July 4th event and sent it to the attorneys of our enemies to use against us. I CANNOT ALLOW SUCH PEOPLE TO BE INVOLVED IN MY PLANS TO TRANSITION FRONT SIGHT FIREAMRS TRAINING INSTITUTE TO MEMBER-OWNED BECAUSE THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO DESTROY YOU TOO.

The Restructure email, although very painful for me to send and equally painful for you to receive, was NEEDED and extremely effective in directing EVERYONE's attention to the seriousness of the current situation. The Restructure email allowed our most loyal and supportive members to immediately identify themselves to Front Sight. The Restructure email immediately drew into the light all the members who were enemies of Front Sight lurking in the shadows, waiting for any opportunity to try to destroy Front Sight for their own twisted reasons. We have NOW IDENTIFIED these enemies within our own ranks and are legally and equitably removing them from Front Sight so they will never be involved in my plans to transition Front Sight Firearms Training Institute to member-owned.

WHY did I place the Restructure plan on HOLD?

One reason. As outlined above, the Restructure email accomplished its intended goals within a few days and there was no reason to continue the pain for me or for you. Thousands of loyal members who understand and support the needed changes, in exchange for my essentially double refunding their past purchases into F$ Bucks and FS Coins, have already come forward and hundreds more continue to come forward every day to be additionally rewarded with 2X to 10X F$ Bucks for doing so through our Gold Status Member Enrollment.

WHY did I create TWO PATHS for Members to choose from?

Because I never intended to force anyone to do anything. If you found this approach harsh or offensive, I sincerely apologize, but it had to be done for all the reasons I have shared with you.

First, I would like to apologize for all the upset Front Sight's Restructuring Announcement caused with our members. There was no easy way to bring to your attention the immediate need to make changes in Front Sight's policies, procedures and fees to defeat the enemies attempting to destroy Front Sight, and ensure Front Sight operates successfully for generations to come.

I sincerely believed that the changes made, through all the refunds I authorized of specific past purchases that we converted into F$ Bucks for you to use for purchases you have never had the opportunity to make with credits or points in the past, I was compensating you with more than enough benefits to offset any changes we wanted to make in our policies, procedures and fees. I truly believed that by essentially double refunding you through refunding ALL your past purchases and converting them into FS Coins for use on special offers now and in the future, I was compensating you with more than enough benefits to offset any changes we wanted to make in our policies, procedures and fees.

It appears from the thousands of members, who upon seeing the initial email about Front Sight's restructure of our policies, procedures and fees, immediately purchased their Membership Maintenance Fees and sent us positive emails of understanding and support, recognized I was in fact compensating them with more than enough benefits, to offset any changes we wanted to make in our policies, procedures and fees.

To THANK these members, who during a very challenging time, stepped up and made the decision to support Front Sight for the greater good, I had originally designated them as GOLD STAR MEMBERS. We have since changed the name to GOLD STATUS Members to not conflict with the military and law enforcement meaning of the Gold Star. These Gold Status Members' membership will remain the same level, but their account will have a gold star on it so the Concierge staff will know these members are the best of the best. I have also ordered very attractive Gold Status Member pins to wear on a lapel or hat, that these members will receive on their next visit, so Front Sight staff will recognize our GOLD STATUS Members as the best of the best Front Sight members.

As an additional show of my thanks and gratitude for our GOLD STATUS Members, stepping up immediately without even seeing the Gold Status Path of Support for the changes needed at Front Sight, I authorized 5-10 TIMES what they paid for their Membership Maintenance Fees into their F$ Bucks account to use to purchase ammunition and pro shop items!

The number of members who acted immediately in support of our restructuring exceeded BY A FACTOR OF 2, the number of emails we received from members who were concerned or upset with the restructuring. Our range staff, reported a similar finding with GOLD STATUS Members walking up to them, shaking their hand and saying essentially, "I LOVE Front Sight! I understand you need to make some changes and I support them. I just paid my $500 Membership Maintenance Fee." We also had numerous members on site who were concerned and distraught over the changes, and for that I am very sorry.

Even though, if I let it play out, we would have ultimately had more GOLD STATUS Members than not, I do not want to cause such divisiveness and polarization among our members. We should all be on the same team. We should all be working toward the same goal. We should all want Front Sight to operate for generations to come. We should all want to protect the Second Amendment by positively changing the image of gun ownership, through training responsible citizens to a level of skill at arms that far exceeds law enforcement and military standards. And for that reason and that reason alone, I placed Front Sight's Restructure on HOLD until we completed a set of surveys to secure member input and consensus on any changes in our policies, procedures and fees.

BASED ON THE SURVEY RESULTS AND MEMBER INPUT FROM EMAILS WE RECEIVED, I have created TWO PATHS for Members to Choose. The Gold Status Member Path or NOT. Support Needed Changes to Defeat Front Sight's Enemies Attempting to Destroy Front Sight by becoming a Gold Status Member or NOT. Support the Needed Changes to Ensure Front Sight's Successful Operation by becoming a Gold Status Member or NOT...

Here is the Rapid Enrollment Gold Status Member Path that supports the needed changes to defeat the enemies attempting to destroy Front Sight and ensure Front Sight operates successfully for generations to come...

Gold Status Member Path:

- $50 annual criminal background check fee for first attended course of new year.

- $25 per day Facility Fee for the number of days member attends a course.

- $25 per day Staff Support Fee for number of days member attends a course.

- $25 per day Insurance Fee for number of days member attends a course.

The above fees will be charged for all new students, new members and Gold Status Members for any new course enrollment.

The above fees are paid upon enrollment into the course.

Course enrollment must occur two weeks prior to the course date.

Fees are non-refundable if member cancels course or fails to attend.

- NO Membership Maintenance Fees. If you were among the members who immediately made a $500 payment for Membership Maintenance Fees, you will receive, if not already placed in your account, 5,500 F$ Bucks and 5 FS Coins in your Front Sight account to thank you for your immediate support. If you were among the members who immediately made a single $50 monthly payment, there will be no more payments required and you will receive, if not already placed in your account, 250 F$ Bucks in your Front Sight Account to thank you for your support. See all the uses of F$ Bucks in paragraphs below.

- Your personal membership is now willable upon your death. Your personal membership also is now transferable to anyone who qualifies for Front Sight training, including current members. Transfer fee for your personal membership to an immediate family member (spouse, son, or daughter) has no cost. Transfer fee for your personal membership to anyone other than an immediate family member is $100 payable by either transferor or transferee. If F$ Bucks are in your account, you can use them for transfer fees.

- The "To Be Determined" Memberships in your account are also now transferable to anyone who qualifies for Front Sight training, including current members. Gold Status Members are the only members who can transfer their "To Be Determined" Memberships to current members. Transfer fee for your "To Be Determined" memberships is $100 payable by either transferor or transferee. If you have F$ Bucks in your account, and want to pay the transfer fee, you can use them for transfer fees.

- Private Training available to all Gold Status Members. Patriot Members pay $25 per day Insurance Fee plus $400 per day (Facility Fee and Staff Support Fee included). Legacy Members pay $25 per day Insurance Fee plus $300 per day (Facility Fee and Staff Support Fee included). Founder Members pay $25 per day Insurance Fee plus $200 per day (Facility Fee and Staff Support Fee included). Knight members and President Members recently upgraded to Founder pay $25 per day Facility Fee, and $25 per day Staff Support Fee, and $25 per day Insurance Fee ONLY. Guests of Gold Status Members who hold memberships allowing multiple participants in private training (Knights and President Members recently upgraded to Founder) pay same rate as the Gold Status member for Private Training, namely $25 per day Facility Fee, and $25 per day Staff Support Fee, and $25 per day Insurance Fee ONLY.

Front Sight will make every effort to schedule every member into the course and course date requested but reserves the right to limit enrollment based on facility and staff availability.

Although Front Sight does not anticipate the need for any increase in the aforementioned fees, Front Sight reserves the right to increase fees in the future, if needed.

- Front Sight certificates in your account that previously covered a wide range of uses have all been converted to Certificate good for a Two Day or Four Day Defensive Handgun, Tactical Shotgun, or Practical Rifle course. One person may attend the Four Day Course or two people can attend the same Two Day Course together. Certificate has no expiration date. Certificates are good for a student's first course only, are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash.

The reason we made these changes is because your F$ Bucks that we created through refunding your past purchases can NOW be used for the same purchases that the certificates were good for and the Two Day and Four Day Course Certificates are more valuable than any of the other certificates that were replaced. See description of F$ Bucks and FS Coins in paragraphs below.

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday, as a Year End Gift, all members were upgraded free of charge into one of four membership levels: Patriot; Legacy; Founder; and Knight. All "To Be Determined: Memberships in members' accounts were upgraded free of charge to the same level of their membership. At the request of our Knights, who want lower level "To Be Determined" membership to sell or transfer to non-members and members alike, Knights may request to have the "To Be Determined" Memberships in their accounts reverted to Founder, Legacy or Patriot. "To Be Determined" Knight Memberships when transferred will not include, sword, shield, gun, or knife. Those items will be available in the pro shop for Knight members who received their membership through a TBD transfer and can be purchased separately if they want those items.

If any Gold Status Member would like to change the level of their "To Be Determined Founder Memberships to Legacy or Patriot to make them easier to sell or transfer, simply make the request and we will make the change to the lower level "To Be Determined" Membership your request.

- Empty Hand Defense, Edged Weapons, Rope Rappel and Climb, Children and Youth Courses will remain in our curriculum.

- Front Sight Alaska will remain open.

- Champion Club remains open under its original terms.

- F$ Bucks and FS Coins replace Front Sight Credits/Patronage Points and can be used with more flexibility and for significantly more purchases than Credits/Patronage Points, which previously could only be used for Criminal Background Checks, membership transfer fees and partial payment of pro shop purchases.

- F$ Bucks and FS Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

- F$ Bucks at a value of $1.00 (one dollar) per F$ Buck can be used for ALL of the following: Annual Criminal Background Check Fee, Membership Transfer Fee, Ammunition purchases, Pro Shop purchases, Amory purchases, Food and Beverage purchases, plus Special Offers in the near and distant future as the resort is completed.

- The way we are calculating the F$ Bucks we are placing into Gold Status Members' accounts as follows: We REFUNDED into your F$ Bucks account whatever amount you paid for Front Sight credit multipliers, which had dramatically increased the number of credits in members accounts but would never be able to be used for anything other than background checks, membership transfer fees, partial pro shop purchases or a special offer when the resort is completed. FS Coins can be used for special offers Front Sight creates now, in the future and when it is time to transition Front Sight to a member-owned facility.

- The way we calculated the FS Coins we placed in your account is as follows: To be DOUBLY sure we were treating you fairly in exchange for our request that you become a Rapid Enrollment Gold Status Member and support the changes Front Sight needs to make to our policies, procedures and fees, we totaled EVERY DOLLAR you have spent with us, divided it by 100, and placed the appropriate number of FS Coins into your Front Sight account, which establishes a FS Coin value at $100 per coin. With the placement of F$ Dollars in your account as previously described and the placement of FS Coins into your account as just described, Front Sight has essentially DOUBLE REFUNDED you in exchange for our request that you become a Rapid Enrollme nt Gold Status Member and support the changes Front Sight needs to make to our policies, procedures and fees.

NOTE: F$ Bucks and FS Coins are still being properly calculated and placed in members' Front Sight accounts and referenced in members' account ledgers. Please be patient as we make all the additions and or corrections to members' FS account.

Your account will revert back to holding Credits/Patronage Points only that you can use for your criminal background check, partial purchases in the pro shop, membership transfer fees, and any special offers in the future that allow the use of credits/patronage points. Your account will revert back to the original TBD Memberships and Certificates it held. It will take a few weeks to revert your account to its original ledger. Please be patient.
