Front Sight bankruptcy petition #22-11824

Front Sight distribution letter (March 27, 2024)

Re: Front Sight Management LLC, Case No. 22-11824 ABL (the Front Sight Case) United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada

Dear Creditor:

On May 24, 2022, Front Sight Management LLC (the Debtor) filed a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada (the Bankruptcy Court). On November 29, 2022, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order in the Front Sight Case confirming the Debtor’s Second Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization (the Plan). On December 2, 2022, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Liquidating Trust (the Trust) was formed in accordance with the Plan and certain related documents. At the same time, Province, LLC was appointed the trustee of the Trust (the Trustee).

The Plan estimated that general unsecured creditors would receive a distribution between 10% and 20% of their respective allowed general unsecured claims. We are pleased to inform you that distributions are slightly above the estimated range. The Liquidating Trust hereby encloses a distribution check representing a first and final distribution from the Trust of 23.12% on account of your allowed general unsecured claim (Claim). This payment is in full satisfaction of your Claim.

To avoid forfeiture of your distribution and disallowance of your Claim, please cash your check promptly. Pursuant to the Plan, any distribution not claimed within 90 days after the date a distribution is made may be deemed unclaimed property under section 347(b) of the Bankruptcy Code. Additionally, the holder of any Claim for which a distribution is deemed unclaimed property shall not be entitled to receive any future distributions and shall be deemed to have relinquished all rights to any future distributions.

If you have questions about the legal or tax aspects of the distribution, please contact your legal or tax advisors. Neither the Trustee nor its attorneys or other advisors may advise you about the effect of the enclosed distribution on your rights and obligations.

On behalf of the Trust, we are pleased to be able to provide you with this distribution.

Very truly yours,

Amanda (Demby) Swift
Principal, Province Inc.
On behalf of the Front Sight Liquidation Trust
